Walking
From the center of Malindi, head south towards the Malindi Marine National Park. As you reach the park entrance, continue on the main road heading towards Watamu. Look for signs indicating Watamu and follow the road for approximately 12 kilometers. You'll pass by local shops and eateries along the way. Once you reach Watamu, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Mida Creek, which is located just off the main road. Follow the signs and take a left onto JXG9+W4M road, where you will find Mida Creek.

Rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Malindi. Start by heading south along the coast road towards Watamu. The ride is approximately 12 kilometers and takes you through scenic views of the coastline. Once you reach Watamu, look for signs directing you to Mida Creek. Turn left onto JXG9+W4M road and follow it until you reach the entrance to Mida Creek.

Take a matatu (shared minibus) from Malindi to Watamu. You can find matatus at the main bus station in Malindi. The fare is inexpensive, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Watamu, ask the conductor to drop you off near Mida Creek or look for local signs. From the drop-off point, it is a short walk to Mida Creek along JXG9+W4M road.
