Car
If you are driving, start from your location in the Mount Kenya Region and head towards the town of Emali. Take the A104 road towards Mombasa. After approximately 60 kilometers, you will reach Emali. At Emali, turn onto the B144 road towards Chyulu Hills. Continue on the B144 for around 30 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Chyulu Hills National Park. Be aware that there may be a park entry fee, which is approximately 1,000 KES for non-residents.

To reach Chyulu Hills National Park using public transport, first, take a matatu (shared minibus) from your location in the Mount Kenya Region to Emali. Matatus frequently depart from major towns. Once you arrive in Emali, look for another matatu or a taxi heading to Chyulu Hills. The journey from Emali to the park entrance will take about 30 minutes. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are going to the Chyulu Hills National Park, as some may head to other destinations. Additionally, there is usually an entry fee for the park.
