If you are starting from the city center, head towards Kenyatta Avenue and look for a bus stop. Take a matatu (shared taxi) heading to Muthaiga. Once you reach the Muthaiga roundabout, get off and walk towards the Muthaiga Police Station. From the police station, follow the signs to Karura Forest. You will find Gate C located near Shark's Palace, marked QR6V+3G8. The entrance is clearly marked, and you can enjoy a scenic walk to reach the forest.

If you are near Sarit Centre in Westlands, walk towards the Sarit Centre bus stop. From there, take a matatu to Muthaiga. After getting off at the Muthaiga roundabout, head towards the Muthaiga Police Station, and continue walking straight until you see the entrance to Karura Forest Gate C near Shark's Palace (QR6V+3G8). It's a pleasant walk that will take around 15-20 minutes from the roundabout.

Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle at one of the many rental shops in the city. Head towards the Nairobi National Museum, then cycle along Museum Hill towards the Muthaiga roundabout. From the roundabout, pedal towards Muthaiga Police Station. Continue straight on the road until you reach Shark's Palace, where you will find Karura Forest Gate C (QR6V+3G8). The ride is smooth, and you can enjoy the sights along the way.

From Nairobi Central Railway Station, walk to the nearby bus terminal. Board a matatu heading to Muthaiga. This route will take you directly to Muthaiga roundabout.
