The geographical center is located at the intersection of these coordinates, identified as 5WG7+J6 on Google Maps.

For those using public transportation, take a matatu (shared minibus) from Garissa to Maua. The matatus usually leave from the main bus terminal in Garissa and the fare is around 500 KES. The journey takes about 3-4 hours depending on road conditions. Once you arrive in Maua, you can hire a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) or walk to the geographical center location, which is approximately 3 kilometers from the town center.
