After approximately 5 kilometers, turn right onto the road leading to Hippo Point. Follow the signs to Hippo Point, which is located along the shores of Lake Victoria. Public Transportation
To reach Hippo Point by public transportation, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Kisumu city center heading towards the Kisumu-Busia Road. You can board a matatu at the Kisumu bus station.
