From Brezovica Ski Resort, head southwest on the main road (SH-21) towards the town of Ferizaj. Continue on SH-21 for about 30 km until you reach the intersection with the E65 highway. Merge onto E65 in the direction of Tetovo, North Macedonia. After approximately 20 km, take the exit toward Krushevo. Follow the signs to Krushevo, and after entering the town, follow the local signs to the Makedonium - Ilinden Monument. Be aware that parking may have a fee, so have cash ready.
