Start at the center of Kyzyl-Oi, near the main square. Head northeast along the main road (A365) for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a fork. Take the right fork towards the village of Cholpon Ata. Continue walking for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Cholpon Ata. Look for signs directing you to Rukh Ordo, which is located on Sovetskaya Street. The cultural center is situated at J3XW+633, which is just a short walk from the main street.

If you prefer a more scenic route, instead of taking the main road, you can hike through the hills surrounding Kyzyl-Oi. Begin your hike heading southeast towards the hills, keeping the A365 road in sight. Follow the ridgeline until you reach the valley leading into Cholpon Ata. This route will take approximately 2-3 hours. Once you reach Cholpon Ata, locate Sovetskaya Street and walk north until you arrive at Rukh Ordo.
