Continue along the main road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach a small parking area near the trailhead for the Shukur Gorge. The coordinates for the parking area are approximately 43.0605155, 77.0095481. Park your car here and prepare for a short hike to the waterfall.

If you prefer to use public transportation, take a bus or marshrutka from Almaty to Turgen Gorge. Look for buses labeled 'Turgen' at the Sayran Bus Station or other major bus stations in Almaty. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Turgen Gorge stop, follow the signs to the trailhead for Shukur Gorge, which is about a 20-minute walk from where the bus drops you off. The trailhead is located near the parking area at coordinates 43.0605155, 77.0095481.
