From Phou Bia, drive northeast on Route 13 for about 17 kilometers. As you approach Xiang Di, look for signage directing you to Plain of Jars Site 3. Turn onto the local road marked with signs leading to the site. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
From the center of Phou Bia, head to the local bus station. Look for buses heading to Xiang Di. The fare is usually around 10,000 LAK (Lao Kip) per person. Once you arrive at the Xiang Di bus station, you can either walk or take a tuk-tuk for about 5 kilometers to reach Plain of Jars Site 3. The tuk-tuk ride will cost approximately 20,000 LAK.

If you are already in Xiang Di, you can hire a tuk-tuk from the main road. Negotiate the fare which typically ranges from 30,000 to 50,000 LAK for a round trip to Plain of Jars Site 3. Make sure to set a time for your return trip with the driver.
