From the center of Thakhek, head east on Route 12. You'll find bicycle rentals available near the Mekong River. Once you have your bike, ride along Route 12 for about 7 kilometers until you reach the town of Thakhaek. Continue straight until you see signs for the 'Tham Nang Aen Cave'. After roughly 3 kilometers, look for a small road on your right that leads to the cave. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers, and you will arrive at the cave entrance.
