Walking
If you are in the heart of Vientiane, start at the iconic Patuxai Monument. From Patuxai, head southeast on Lane Xang Avenue for about 500 meters. You will reach the intersection with Rue Setthathirath. Turn left onto Rue Setthathirath and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and local eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on your right. After passing the ministry, continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout, which leads onto Rue Khoun Boulom. The Noukhak Phoumsavanh Memorial site is located approximately 300 meters down this road on your right. Look for a small sign marking the entrance.
Tuk-tuk
If you prefer to take a tuk-tuk, find one near your location in Vientiane. Show the driver the name 'ອະນຸສອນສະຖານ ທ່ານ ໜູຮັກ ພູມສະຫວັນ' (Noukhak Phoumsavanh Memorial site), or point to the location on your phone. The driver will take you directly to the site. The fare should be negotiated beforehand, typically ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 LAK depending on your starting point.
