Walking
From the center of Cēsis, head south on Rīgas iela towards the Cēsis Castle. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pils iela. Turn left onto Pils iela and follow it until you reach the end of the street. You will see a sign for Līgatne. Continue straight onto the road that leads out of Cēsis. After about 2 kilometers, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Līgatne and the Soviet Secret Bunker. The bunker is located in Skaļupes, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from the center of Cēsis.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Cēsis. Start at the Town Hall Square and cycle south along Rīgas iela towards the Cēsis Castle. Once you reach Pils iela, turn left and continue until the end of the street. After that, follow the signs towards Līgatne. The cycling path will lead you through a scenic route, and it should take around 15-20 minutes to reach the Soviet Secret Bunker from the center of Cēsis.
