At the tram stop outside Riga Central Station, take Tram Line 1 or 4 towards the city center. Ride for 2 stops and get off at the 'Rātslaukums' stop. From the tram stop, walk straight ahead for about 3 minutes, and you will see the First Public Christmas Tree in Rātslaukums.

Alternatively, you can catch a bus from Jurmala to Riga. Find the nearest bus stop in Jurmala, and take a bus heading towards Riga. The bus journey will take approximately 30 minutes.
