Getting There

Walking
From the center of Zahle, head towards the main street (Aarab Street) and walk towards the south. Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Baalbek road. You will pass by several local shops and cafes, which can be a good opportunity to grab a snack or drink along the way. Once you reach the junction, take a left turn onto the Baalbek road (Route 5). Continue walking along this road for about 2 kilometers. You will notice signs directing you towards the Sayyida Khawla Shrine. As you approach the shrine, you will see the entrance on your right side. It is a well-known landmark, so you can ask locals for directions if needed.

Public Transportation
From the center of Zahle, head to the local bus station which is located near the main market area. Look for a bus that heads toward Baalbek. The buses are usually marked, and you can ask the drivers if you are uncertain. The bus ride to Baalbek takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Baalbek, you will need to get off at the main bus station. From there, ask locals for directions to the Sayyida Khawla Shrine; it is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. Follow the main road, and you should see signs leading you to the shrine.
