Continue straight until you reach Bourbon Street, then turn left. Walk a few blocks until you reach Dumaine Street, then turn right. The museum will be on your left at 724 Dumaine St. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.

Although the streetcar doesn't drop you right at the museum, you can take the St. Charles streetcar line. Board the streetcar at any stop along St. Charles Avenue towards Carrollton. Ride until you reach Canal Street, then transfer to the Canal Street streetcar line (which runs towards City Park). Get off at the stop for Bourbon Street and walk south to Dumaine Street. Turn left on Dumaine and the museum will be on your left. The streetcar fare is $1.25.
