Car
If you are driving from the main entrance of Isalo National Park, head southwest on Route Nationale 7 (RN7) towards the town of Ranohira. Continue for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the junction for Route Nationale 10 (RN10). Turn left onto RN10 and drive for about 50 kilometers. Look for signs indicating 'Zombitse-Vohibasia National Park' and follow these signs for about 10 kilometers until you arrive at the Accueil du parc Zombitse-Vohibasia entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Accueil du parc Zombitse-Vohibasia via public transportation, start from the main entrance of Isalo National Park. Take a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) heading towards the town of Ranohira. Once in Ranohira, transfer to another taxi-brousse that is heading towards Toliara via Route Nationale 10 (RN10). Inform the driver of your destination, Zombitse-Vohibasia National Park. The journey will take roughly 1.5 to 2 hours, and you may need to pay around 10,000 to 15,000 Ariary (about $3 to $5) for the fare. Be sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the park entrance.

If you prefer to walk after reaching the park entrance, you can explore the surrounding trails. However, please note that it is advisable to have a local guide for safety and to enhance your experience. You can hire a guide at the Accueil du parc Zombitse-Vohibasia for a fee, which usually ranges from 20,000 to 40,000 Ariary (approximately $6 to $12) depending on the length of the tour.
