From the center of Brunswick, head south on Maine Street towards the intersection with Pleasant Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the Maine State Music Theatre. At this point, turn left onto Federal Street. Follow Federal Street until it intersects with Route 1. Cross Route 1 and continue straight onto the footpath leading to the train station. From there, you can catch a southbound train towards Portland. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Portland station, exit and walk south on Franklin Street. Take a right onto Congress Street, and you will reach First Parish in Portland at 425 Congress St. The church will be on your left.

Begin at the Brunswick Visitor Center located on Maine Street. Take the Metro bus service (Bus 1) towards Portland, which runs regularly. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop named 'Congress and State' in Portland. From there, walk east on State Street until you reach Congress Street. Turn left on Congress Street, and the First Parish in Portland will be on your right at 425 Congress St.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Brunswick. Head south on Maine Street and follow it until you reach Route 1. Use the bike path along Route 1 heading towards Portland. Once you reach the outskirts of Portland, follow the bike lanes to Franklin Street. Continue on Franklin Street until you reach Congress Street. Turn left onto Congress Street, and you'll find First Parish in Portland at 425 Congress St on your left.
