Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start from any location in Mount Desert Island and head towards ME-3. Once on ME-3, continue driving until you see signs for Asticou Azalea Garden. The garden is located at ME-3, Mt Desert, ME 04660. There is parking available on-site, but it can fill up quickly during peak tourist seasons, so plan to arrive early. • Public Transportation

  If you're using public transportation, check for local bus services that operate on Mount Desert Island, such as the Island Explorer. You can board the bus at various locations around the island. Make sure to take the bus route that heads towards the village of Northeast Harbor. Once you arrive in Northeast Harbor, disembark at the closest stop to ME-3.
