If you are driving, head towards the town of Mount Desert. From Bar Harbor, take ME-3 S for approximately 8 miles. Continue on ME-3 until you see the turn for Pretty Marsh Road. Turn left onto Pretty Marsh Road and follow it until you reach the entrance of Pretty Marsh Pavilion, located at the coordinates 44.3328° N, 68.4085° W. There is no entrance fee for the pavilion area, and parking is available on-site.

If you are using public transportation, take the Island Explorer shuttle bus from Bar Harbor. The shuttle service operates seasonally and provides service around Mount Desert Island. Board the bus that goes to the 'Southwest Harbor' route. Once you reach the stop closest to Pretty Marsh Road (check the latest schedule for the exact stop), you will need to walk approximately 1 mile down Pretty Marsh Road to reach the pavilion.
