Car
If you are driving from Thyolo, start by heading north on the M3 road towards Blantyre. Follow the road for approximately 45 kilometers. After reaching the junction with the M1 highway, take a left turn onto the M1. Continue on the M1 for about 20 kilometers until you see signs for Kande Beach Resort. Follow the signs, which will guide you on local roads leading directly to the resort. Ensure you have a map or GPS device as some local roads may not be well marked.

To reach Kande Beach Resort using public transportation, take a minibus from Thyolo to Blantyre. The fare is approximately 1,000 MWK. Once in Blantyre, head to the main bus depot and look for a minibus heading towards Mzuzu or Nkhata Bay. Inform the driver you want to get off at the Kande Beach turn-off, which is about 20 kilometers from Blantyre. The fare for this leg will be around 2,000 MWK.
