Board the bus, and enjoy the scenic ride. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Ayer Itam' stop. Once you alight, walk towards Jalan Bukit Bendera. You will see signs directing you to the Penang Hill Lower Station.

If you prefer walking, from the center of George Town, head towards Jalan Penang and continue straight until you reach Jalan Macalister. Follow Jalan Macalister until you reach Jalan Ayer Itam. Continue along Jalan Ayer Itam, and then take a left onto Jalan Bukit Bendera. The Lower Station will be ahead on your right. The walk is about 6 km and will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
