Walking
From Gurney Drive, head towards the main road (Jalan Gurney). Walk along the promenade until you reach the junction with Jalan Penang. At the junction, turn left onto Jalan Penang. Continue walking straight for approximately 600 meters until you reach the entrance to Rainbow Skywalk at 1, Jalan Penang. The entrance is located at the base of The Top, a prominent building in the area.

You can take the Rapid Penang bus service from Gurney Drive to reach Rainbow Skywalk. Look for Bus Number 101 or 102. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop on Gurney Drive. The fare is approximately RM 1.40. Disembark at the 'Komtar' bus stop, and from there, it is a short walk to Rainbow Skywalk. Head down Jalan Penang, which is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

Motorcycle Taxi (GrabBike)
If you prefer a quicker option, consider using a ride-hailing service like Grab. Open the Grab app and select 'Bike' for a motorcycle taxi. Enter 'Rainbow Skywalk' as your destination. The ride from Gurney Drive should cost around RM 5-10, depending on traffic and demand. The motorcycle will drop you off right outside the entrance to Rainbow Skywalk, making it a convenient option.
