If you are starting from the Kota Bharu Central Market (Pasar Besar Kota Bharu), walk south along Jalan Hamzah for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Turn left onto Jalan Sultan Ibrahim and continue walking for another 1 kilometer. You will see Taman Perbandaran Tengku Anis on your right, just past the intersection with Jalan Kebun Sultan.

From the Kota Bharu Central Market, head to the nearest bus stop on Jalan Hamzah. Take the bus heading towards Jalan Kebun Sultan.
