If you are driving to Dhonkalo Park, start from the center of Hithadhoo, Addu City. Head south on the main road (Bodu Thakuru Magu) and continue until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Maafannu Magu. Continue on Maafannu Magu for about 2 kilometers, then turn left onto C34M. Dhonkalo Park will be on your right. There is no parking fee, but be mindful of local parking regulations.
