Getting There

Walking
From your location in Gzira, head towards the seafront promenade (known as the 'Gzira Seafront'). Walk along the promenade towards Sliema, keeping the water on your left. Continue walking until you reach the Tigne Point Shopping Complex. At Tigne Point, turn right onto the main road, Triq Tigne. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq ix-Xatt (the waterfront road). This road will take you towards Valletta. As you approach Valletta, you will see the entrance to the city gates. Walk through the gates and continue straight until you reach Merchants Street. The MUŻA - The National Community Art Museum will be located on your right at Auberge D'Italie.

Public Transport - Bus
From Gzira, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Triq Gzira. Take the bus number 13 or 14 towards Valletta. The bus will take you directly to the main bus terminus in Valletta. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminus, exit the bus and head towards the city gates. After passing through the gates, walk straight ahead until you reach Merchants Street. The MUŻA - The National Community Art Museum is situated at Auberge D'Italie on this street.

From Gzira, walk to the Gzira Ferry Terminal. Board the ferry to Valletta, which offers a scenic view of the harbor. After disembarking at the Valletta Ferry Terminal, walk straight along the waterfront until you reach the city gate. Once through the gate, continue straight ahead to Merchants Street. The MUŻA - The National Community Art Museum will be on your right at Auberge D'Italie.
