Getting There

    If you're driving from Mellieha Bay, start by heading southeast on Triq Santa Marija towards Triq il-Luzzu. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Prajjet and continue straight for another 1.5 kilometers. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq il-Kbira. Follow this road for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach Mdina. Once in Mdina, look for signs directing you to the Mdina Ramparts, which are located at VCP3+HWR. There is parking available near the ramparts, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Mdina Ramparts via public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop in Mellieha Bay. Board Bus Number 42 or 49 towards Valletta. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Mdina' bus stop. From there, it's a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) to the ramparts. Walk towards the Mdina Gate, then follow the signs to the ramparts located at VCP3+HWR. Ensure you have a valid ticket for the bus ride, which costs around €1.50.
