Assuming you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens in Valletta, exit the gardens and head towards the main street (Republic Street). Walk down towards the direction of the National Museum of Archaeology. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with South Street. Turn left onto South Street, and Knisja tal-Vittorja will be on your left after a short walk.
