Car
Starting from Assateague Island National Seashore, head west on Assateague Island Access Road towards Route 611. After about 5 miles, merge onto Route 611 North. Continue on Route 611 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 50. Turn left onto Route 50 East. Continue on Route 50 for about 6 miles, then take the exit for Coastal Highway (Route 528) towards Ocean City. After about 2 miles, turn right onto 7th Street and continue to the Boardwalk. Follow the Boardwalk south until you reach 720 S Boardwalk, which is Pirates Cove.

From the Assateague Island National Seashore Visitor Center, take the local bus service (Ocean City Shuttle) towards Ocean City. The bus will take you along Coastal Highway (Route 528).
