From the Federal Hill Park, head east towards the harbor. Walk down to E. Lee Street and turn left. Continue walking straight until you reach the Inner Harbor area. Once at the harbor, follow the waterfront promenade to the north until you reach Pier 5. The Seven Foot Knoll Lighthouse is located at Pier 5.
