If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Light RailLink from any nearby station. The closest Light Rail station to Inner Harbor is the 'Camden Yards' station. From Camden Yards, you can board a train towards Hunt Valley. Get off at the 'Baltimore Arena' stop. Once you exit the station, walk east towards Pratt St and then south for about 5 minutes until you reach the Historic Ships at 301 E Pratt St. Note that a one-way fare on the Light Rail is approximately $1.80.
