From there, get onto MacArthur Blvd (MD-189) heading south. Continue for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with Georgetown Pike (VA-193). Turn right onto Georgetown Pike. After approximately 1 mile, turn left onto Lock 8 Road, which will lead you directly to the parking area for Lock 8. Keep in mind that parking is available but may incur a small fee, typically around $10 for the day.
