Once you reach MD-28, turn onto Canal Rd. The destination will be on your right-hand side. There is parking available at the site.

    To reach the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal via public transportation, take a local bus to the nearest Metro station. From the Metro station, take the MARC train to the Point of Rocks station. After arriving at Point of Rocks, it is approximately a 1.5-mile walk to 3701 Canal Rd. Follow the signs along the road leading to the canal.
