If you're driving, start from Harpers Ferry, WV. Head east on Washington Street toward Potomac Street. Continue on US-340 S, following signs for Charles Town. Take the exit toward WV-340 S/Harpers Ferry. After about 2 miles, turn right onto WV-340 S. Continue for approximately 1 mile. You'll see signs for St. John's Episcopal Church ruins on your left. There is free parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the MARC train (Brunswick Line) to Harpers Ferry station. From the station, you can walk to the ruins, which is about a 15-minute walk. Exit the station and head southeast on Washington Street. Turn left onto Potomac Street and follow the road until you reach US-340 S. Cross the road carefully and continue walking for about 1 mile until you see the ruins on your left.

Walking
If you are already in Harpers Ferry, you can easily walk to the ruins. Starting from the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park Visitor Center, take a left on Washington Street, then another left onto Potomac Street. Continue straight until you reach US-340 S. Carefully cross the highway, then walk south for about 1 mile. The ruins will be on your left side. The walk takes approximately 25-30 minutes.
