Cross Route 340 carefully and continue straight onto the pedestrian path. After approximately 1.5 miles, you will reach the entrance to Antietam National Battlefield. The Visitor Center is located at 5831 Dunker Church Rd, Sharpsburg, MD 21782.

From the Frederick Transit Center, take the TransIT Route 40 bus towards the South Frederick. Ride the bus until you reach the Sharpsburg stop.
