Follow US-220 South for about 7 miles, then take the exit for MD-144 West toward Flintstone. Follow MD-144 for about 3 miles, and then turn left onto Lake Shore Drive. Rocky Gap State Park will be on your right at 12900 Lake Shore Dr, Flintstone, MD 21530. There may be a parking fee upon entry, so keep some cash or a credit card handy.
