From Pocomoke River State Park, head southwest on MD-12 S towards Chincoteague. Continue for approximately 30 miles until you reach the intersection with US-13 S. Merge onto US-13 S and follow the signs for Chincoteague Island. After about 15 miles, take the exit towards VA-175 E/Chincoteague Island. Follow VA-175 E for about 7 miles until you reach Maddox Blvd. Turn right onto Maddox Blvd, and the Museum of Chincoteague Island will be on your right at 7125 Maddox Blvd, Chincoteague, VA 23336.
