From Barnstable, head to the Barnstable Municipal Airport bus stop. Take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) Route 1 bus towards Hyannis. Get off at the Hyannis Transportation Center. From there, transfer to the CCRTA Route 5 bus which goes to Edgartown. Stay on the Route 5 bus until you reach the Edgartown stop. The Federated Church of Martha's Vineyard is a short walk from the bus stop; head southeast on Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road, then take a right onto South Summer Street. The church will be on your left at 45 S Summer St.
