Once you arrive at the South Station in Boston, transfer to the Red Line subway. Take the Red Line towards Alewife and get off at the Alewife Station. From Alewife, you can catch the 67 Bus towards Alewife Station, which will take you directly to Harvard University. Get off at the stop at Massachusetts Hall.
