If you are traveling by car, start by getting onto I-90 E from your current location. Follow I-90 E for about 30 miles until you reach I-93 N. Merge onto I-93 N and continue for approximately 4 miles. Take exit 28 toward Charlestown. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Sullivan Square and merge onto Washington St. Continue straight onto Main St, and turn right onto Monument Square. You will find the Bunker Hill Monument on your left.

To reach the Bunker Hill Monument using public transportation, take the MBTA Commuter Rail from your nearest station to North Station in Boston. Once at North Station, transfer to the Orange Line subway at Haymarket Station. Take the Orange Line train towards Oak Grove and get off at the Community College Station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk. Exit the station and head southwest on the path that leads to the Charlestown Bridge. Cross the bridge and turn right on Main St. Continue on Main St until you reach Monument Square, where the Bunker Hill Monument is located.
