For those using public transportation, take the Peter Pan Bus Lines from Boston or other nearby locations to Falmouth. Once you arrive at the Falmouth bus terminal, you can take the local bus service (Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority) to Woods Hole. Get off at the stop nearest to Water Street. From there, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to The Knob. Follow Water Street until you arrive at the entrance to The Knob.
