If you are driving, start on Route 1A or Route 107 towards Salem. If you are coming from the north, take Route 95 South to Route 128 North, then merge onto Route 114 East. Continue until you reach Salem. Upon entering Salem, follow signs for downtown and the House of the Seven Gables. You will turn onto Derby Street; the house is located at 115 Derby St, just a short distance from the Salem waterfront. There is parking available nearby, but it can get busy, especially on weekends.

For those using public transportation, you can take the MBTA commuter rail from Boston to Salem Station. The train typically leaves from North Station or South Station. Once you arrive at Salem Station, exit and head towards Washington Street. From there, you can either walk approximately 15-20 minutes to the House of the Seven Gables or take the local bus (Route 450 or 455) that stops near Derby Street. If walking, continue on Washington Street until you reach the intersection with Derby Street, then turn left. The House of the Seven Gables will be on your right.
