    Getting There

    Walking

    From the main area of Gloucester, make your way to Washington Street and head southeast. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and walk towards the harbor. Once you reach the waterfront area, look for the 'Gloucester Ferry' terminal. Board the ferry to take you across the water. After the ferry ride, you will arrive at the terminal in Cambridge. From there, it’s a short walk to Massachusetts Hall, Harvard University. Follow the signs for Harvard and head northwest along the streets, taking a right onto Massachusetts Avenue. Continue for a few blocks until you reach Massachusetts Hall.

    Public Transit

    Start from the Gloucester MBTA station located at 2 Railroad Avenue. Take the train heading towards Boston. After approximately 40 minutes, disembark at the North Station in Boston. Transfer to the Orange Line and take the train towards Forest Hills. Get off at Haymarket Station. From there, walk to the Haymarket bus terminal and catch the 47 bus towards Alewife. Disembark at the Alewife Station and switch to the Alewife subway line heading towards Ashmont. Get off at Harvard Station. You will be just a short walk away from Massachusetts Hall on the Harvard campus.
