From Hyannis, head to the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus stop located at the Hyannis Transportation Center on Main Street. Take the Route 1 bus towards Woods Hole. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at the Edgartown stop. Once you arrive in Edgartown, walk south on Main Street, then turn right onto South Summer Street. The Federated Church of Martha's Vineyard will be on your left at 45 S Summer St.

Start at the Hyannis Harbor and take a ferry to Edgartown. You can catch the ferry from the Hyannis Ferry Terminal. Once you arrive in Edgartown, exit the ferry and walk south on Main Street.
