If you're starting from downtown Nantucket, rent a bike from one of the local shops. Head east on Broad Street until you reach the intersection with Pleasant Street. Turn right onto Pleasant Street and continue until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Old South Road. Follow Old South Road until you reach the intersection with Surfside Road. Turn left onto Surfside Road and continue straight. After about 1.5 miles, turn right onto Quaise Pasture Road. Masquetuck Reservation will be on your left at 15 Quaise Pasture Rd. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on your pace.

For a leisurely walk from downtown Nantucket, start at the Town Common and head east on Main Street. Continue onto Centre Street until you reach the intersection with Orange Street. Turn left onto Orange Street and follow it until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Old South Road. Continue on Old South Road for about 1.5 miles, then turn left onto Surfside Road. Walk for another mile and turn right onto Quaise Pasture Road. Masquetuck Reservation will be on your left at 15 Quaise Pasture Rd. This walk will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
