If you are starting from the Nantucket Memorial Airport, exit the airport and follow the signs to the bike path. Head south on the bike path for about a mile until you reach a T-intersection. Turn left onto Old South Road and continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the center of town, where you will find the Downtown Historic District.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Nantucket. Start at the bike rental location and head towards the bike path. Follow the bike path south for about a mile, then take a left onto Old South Road. Continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach the Downtown Historic District. This route is scenic and allows you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Public Transport (Nantucket Shuttle)
Catch the Nantucket Shuttle from any of the designated stops around the island. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule for the nearest stop. Take the shuttle toward 'Town' and get off at the Main Street stop. From there, walk straight down Main Street, which will lead you directly into the Downtown Historic District.
