Bicycle
From the center of Nantucket, head south on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Union Street. Turn left onto Union Street and continue until you reach the end of the road. At the junction, turn right onto Surfside Road. Follow Surfside Road for about 1.5 miles. Nobadeer Beach will be on your left. Look for the entrance to the beach which has signs to guide you.
Walking
Start from the Nantucket Town Center, located at the intersection of Main Street and Broad Street. Walk south on Main Street. Continue straight as it becomes South Beach Street. After about 0.5 miles, you’ll come to the intersection with Surfside Road. Turn left onto Surfside Road. Walk for approximately 1.5 miles, and you will see Nobadeer Beach on your left side, marked by a sign. Follow the path to the beach entrance.
Public Bus
From the Nantucket Town Center, head to the nearest bus stop located on Main Street. Board the 'Surfside Beach' bus. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the 'Nobadeer Beach' stop. From the bus stop, walk a short distance toward the beach entrance, which is clearly marked. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return timings.
