If you are driving from downtown Newburyport, start by heading south on State Street towards Merrimack Street. Continue on Merrimack Street until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and follow it for approximately 3 miles. Take the exit toward Plum Island Turnpike. Merge onto Plum Island Turnpike (Route 1A) and continue for about 1.5 miles. The Pink House will be on your left at Plum Island Turnpike, Newbury, MA 01951. There is usually free street parking available nearby.

If you are using public transportation, take the MVRTA (Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority) bus service. Catch the bus at the Newburyport Intermodal Transportation Center, which is located at 25 High Street, Newburyport, MA. Board the bus heading towards Newbury. The fare is $1.50. Request a stop at Plum Island Turnpike, and you will be dropped off a short walk from The Pink House. After getting off, walk along Plum Island Turnpike for about 0.5 miles to reach The Pink House.
