Continue for about 1 mile, and Fort Pickering will be on your right at 50 Winter Island Rd, Salem, MA 01970. There is parking available near the fort.

To reach Fort Pickering via public transportation, start at the Salem MBTA station. Board the #450 or #455 bus toward 'Winter Island'. The bus will take you along a route that leads to Winter Island. Get off at the stop nearest to Winter Island Road, and walk approximately 0.5 miles down Winter Island Road to reach Fort Pickering.
