Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the main cruise port in Cozumel, walk towards the southern exit of the port area. As you exit, look for Avenida 5, which is a major street. Head south along Avenida 5 until you reach the intersection with Calle 6. Turn left on Calle 6 and continue walking until you reach the main road, Carretera Costera Sur. Turn right onto Carretera Costera Sur and walk approximately 6.2 kilometers (about 1.5 hours). You will find PalMar Snorkel Beach Club located at Km 6.82 on your right side.

• Bicycle

  From the main cruise port, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops nearby. Once you have your bike, head south on Avenida 5 until you reach Calle 6. Turn left onto Calle 6, and then right onto Carretera Costera Sur. Cycle along the coastal road for approximately 6.2 kilometers (about 20 minutes). Look for PalMar Snorkel Beach Club on your right at Km 6.82.

• Taxi

  You can easily catch a taxi from various locations in Cozumel. Just let the driver know you want to go to PalMar Snorkel Beach Club, located at Carretera Costera Sur Viejo Km 6.82. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey, as taxi drivers often do not use meters.

• Public Bus

  If you prefer public transportation, you can take a local bus from the main plaza in San Miguel de Cozumel. Look for buses heading towards the southern coast. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Km 6.5 or ask them for PalMar Snorkel Beach Club. The bus fare is inexpensive, and the journey will take approximately 25-30 minutes. Once you get off, walk a short distance back towards Km 6.82.
