If you are starting from the historic center of Guadalajara, head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Alcalde. Catch bus number 275 or 80 towards Tlaquepaque. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Guillermo Prieto and Calle Independencia. From there, walk a short distance (about 5 minutes) towards Guillermo Prieto 60, where the Parroquia San Pedro Apóstol is located.
Bicycle

Begin your ride from the historic center and follow Avenida Juárez until you reach Calle 16 de Septiembre. Continue on this road until it turns into Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas.
